Just a steady run out round the fire roads. Everyone was out and I had nothing better to do, plus I wanted to let the legs do some work and to see if my ankle was an issue... pleasingly not :) Said hi to my Chemistry teacher too!

Out to Tackeroo on the fire roads and a bit of road. Up the lane to Gt Haywood, Milford C, Brocton, Broc coppice car park, top of Sherbrook, tackeroo and straight down the fire track home. Nice ride. Would have liked a run out but have a slightly dodgy ankle from something and just laying off a bit at the mo :(

Very easy one with Gemma up from Stepping Stones over onto the top of Sherbrook, up to the army base and back down. Nothing intense.
