Warm up, then 2 miles @ 5.40 pace (off 3min) 4x 200m @ 5.04 pace (off 1min). Felt shocking before session but after the first 200m which felt ok I was keen to crack on. Good session with a hike cool down @15%. Week 1 já feito. Hopefully will get a break in between running next week.
