Went to the gym after school with Alex, going to start doing this on a weekly basis. Have noticed a improvement in my core and balance since i started going to the gym again, feeling good. might go again on friday.

Hit the treadmill after the gym, legs were quite stiff! feeling a lot stronger though :)
woke up early and couldn't get back to sleep, so went for a morning jog! soo refreshing and a good way to start off the day/week, will be doing more of these.
woke up early decided to go for a run with charlie on murlough, had to take it slow as charlie had a sore ankle from rugby on saturday. Was with charlie for about 12km and then decided to run on for the last 5k. Was a really good run and might start doing a long run every sunday!
