Ran from Swineford up to North Stoke and round race course and down the hill past Landridge Church and up round the Battlefield. From here cut across the wood/ golf course to give a grassy descent through North Stoke rather than the standard Upton Cheyney. This was because running in O dobs which seem to be best cushioning for heel. So no time comparison. I suspect a bit shorter and a bit slower but still more than adequate training session on not a bad day at all, so thoroughly enjoyed the outing. A bit stop start early on to adjust shoes, remove thorn etc, but mission accomplished by changed route- heel seemed ok
