Training Log Archive: Old Daniel

Although snow (and cold) forecasted across most of Britain not here. Purdown was heaving with people so almost ran the standard route albeit with some interruptions. Realised I was doing ok so tried to keep some kind of fluency towards the end. Quite muddy although the recent dry + frost means past its worst. Time not to bad at all which was both surprising and encouraging but had done plenty (if not too much) by the time I had finished)
