Note

Hamstring easier today but decided caution is better part of valour and did not run.

Thursday Jan 14, 2016 #

Note

I could feel hamstring in normal life so reluctantly had to give up running. So stupid about intervals Grrr

Wednesday Jan 13, 2016 #

flat efforts (road) 45:40 [5] 3.5 mi (13:03 / mi)

Abbey Wood. 7 x 2mins with 90 secs. Ups! on no.7 pain in back of knee/ bottom of hamstring. Was struggling by no 6 and should probably have stopped but did not. Completed 7 after a fashion, missed out 8 and jogged home. May need to take a break but certainly won't be pushing it in the next few days.

Tuesday Jan 12, 2016 #

off road 1:14:00 [3] 7.5 mi (9:52 / mi)

BOK run from Frenchay - onto common through park (reverse of Urban race!) up road to my house - wood, to end of ridge back up Froome. Both Michael & Slowe at the front and running easily. A little longer than usual, but lots of flat
Nice night to be running
Left knee sore at end - Ibuprofen. Seem to be back to needing this to do longer runs

Monday Jan 11, 2016 #

flat efforts (road) 51:00 [5] 4.0 mi (12:45 / mi)

From the Downs, Canford Lane 12x 90 secs with 1 min, hill and 2mins
Really pleased with this session. Dry, on the road, no mud, not windy.... did not try to run too fast, measured.... but felt I was actually running and quite enjoying it as well

Sunday Jan 10, 2016 #

off road 1:21:35 [3] 8.0 mi (10:12 / mi)

CW N from Dog 4132 to the turn. Thought I might have been sub 80 because I thought I was going quite well on the way back but not to be!
