Standard route from Swineford to CW and then Kelston Round Hill, had intended to do more but not feeling great so reverted to shorter option. Quite muddy

Another busy day so run was a bit of a token gesture. Purdown short loop (3 hills) started in gloom and finished in pitch, some very slow walking on steep muddy slopes and had to disentangle myself from a thorn bush I had run into, but other bits pace not too bad- glad I made the effort

BAOC event cancelled because of Storm Eleanor. Very windy over night but pleasant to run in sunshine and winds had died down.Traditional run around Purdown (inc 3 hills and twice through wood) -first time for a while

Busy during day and was thinking of joining BOK run but knee not great and weather forecast poor so took a day off.

orienteering (Urban) 52:40 [4] 6.1 km (8:38 / km)

Ran late in day, not at all sure about knees so decided to re-run one of the Urban races at Keynsham. Not much warming up so ignored

Leigh woods loop, quite warm and good running if a bit wet/ muddy underfoot.
A bit slow and could feel knees but worth doing
