Cleeve Hill, lovely day to be in such a beautiful setting. Back has been much easier but still not right so chose a short course. A bit tentative with the downhills early on but otherwise fine. Aware of back afterwards but no worse.

Note

I seem to have hurt my lower back/ upper LHS hip. This is continually quite uncomfortable and running seems an unlikely and distant? option might try a walk later.
Timing might be better. Came on after running yesterday but not convinced running is the cause.

NWO Event at Savernake, an enjoyable day running through a diffuse, relatively flat and runnable forest - a bit disappointed by this result, at the speed I am going too many mistakes, meaning I needed to go out and relocate.
