Note

Not sure what to say about the JK - I did struggle with running (but perhaps expected as mirror of recent training experience), I did make mistakes (but perhaps expected as mirror of recent racing experience), I struggled a bit in the heat (as did others?) and I was a bit unlucky …..but pretty ordinary performance and I am feeling a bit rubbish now....was this because of the JK or …..was this a factor in being a bit rubbish in the JK? Don't think I will race again for a few days just gentle potters to keep legs moving before BOC

It would be interesting to see splits I hope that they can be recovered.

Have been quite enjoying doing some street orienteering, really a precautionary pre JK back protection strategy; so did another run at Portishead -43.55 made at least 3 mistakes and a couple of big hesitations -the root cause was either trying to look ahead to little or too much.....?
