Felt much better today after some stretching and self massage over the last few days. I have felt a bit of tibial posterior pain and found a good stretch and massage for that. Definitely something that I've felt while orienteering in the past.
Started off with my friend who I'm helping to train for a mountain marathon, so the first 18 or so KMs were quite steady. Ramped it up after that.
