My leg felt alright yesterday during short exploratory trots around uni while walking to class so I decided it might be up to a little jog to the end of the break wall and back. The leg (I think I pulled a muscle in my calf last week) felt alright throughout and I just took it easy, as I want to be fit for Orienteering on Sunday.
Waves were crashing over the break wall so I got quite moist while running along. Pretty windy!
