Running race (Bert picks up a trophy) 1:06:10 [4] 15.96 km (4:09 / km) +691m 3:24 / km

iTrail race at Glenrock. A minute or so down on 1st place. Ended up 2nd. Pretty big gap to 3rd. Pretty hilly course. Enjoyed it. Still got a long way to go fitness wise. Nic got 2nd in the Women's race. Stooookked!

Been so long since running. Felt unco as hell! Hopefully the wind was strong enough to make my hair look fabulous while running today..

Went to do tuesday speed session but when I started running my problematic left calf was really complaining quite a lot. I'm not sure if it's a muscular or skeletal issue. I remember the same pain back at Easter. It seems to go away if I train every day but if I rest it gets way worse.

So I'm in two minds here but I kinda want to take this week off and see what happens to it. I've got the iTrail on sunday so I've got a few days with no running to see what.
