Didn't have much time today. Down in Sydney for Bridget's wedding stuff. Ints around the park near Turramurra station. 8×500m but very hilly/bad surfance and sharp corners so they weren't super quick.

Wow took at least 20 minutes to start getting back into street-O. My Km rate for the first 25 minutes was really slow and I took some awful routes. Got into it a bit more towards the end but alas it was too late. Didn't think I'd be able to get them all so I was dropping them early but it turned out getting them all was pretty viable today.

Watch was in miles instead of KMs after I hard reset it. Miles happen lots less often but feel like more of an achievement.

Feeling like I need a wheelchair today. Took the downhills pretty hard yesterday which took a toll on my quads.

Running race (Bert picks up a trophy) 1:06:10 [4] 15.96 km (4:09 / km) +691m 3:24 / km

iTrail race at Glenrock. A minute or so down on 1st place. Ended up 2nd. Pretty big gap to 3rd. Pretty hilly course. Enjoyed it. Still got a long way to go fitness wise. Nic got 2nd in the Women's race. Stooookked!
