Left this one till night time cause I wasn't feeling suuuper keen. But I got it done. Pretty hilly. Quads were definitely feeling it on the last hill up to the obelisk.

Ok I'm logging my training again. Like I said last week I'm trying to get more elevation in my easy runs. I've got plenty of hills around I guess I just made a habit of avoiding them. My calves and quads are hurting in these runs just like they do in orienteering races which is perfect!
