Boxed in from the start on a damp morning at Pollok parkrun but plodded round.

Bike-orienteering, used's tonight Stag map and cycled to all the controls in my own order. Good fun, apart from lugging the bike up the steps to Park Circus!

Cycle to Shawlands via Cathkin Park.

Crookston and Pollok Park. Stopped for a few turfs.

Running 49:28 [3] 8.9 km (5:33 / km) +85m 5:18 / km

Cumbernauld Urban MV course. Missed best route to the bridge for long leg 2 but safe enough (30s maybe). Hesitant 4 to 5 - best route was off the map so assumed I had to go through shopping centre instead. Steady through to 16, lost concentration and a few seconds overshooting there but helped me see route to 17, and ok to finish. 5th MV, just behind Walter but ahead of Dr John. 1201 BOF points and currently 3rd in urban league.
