Didn't intend for a formal work out, but managed to run each mile a little faster from 8:40 to 7:04 - felt good. May be the first time I've seen zero elevation gain.

In the vicinity of New Orleans City Park with Rudy - includes stops to detemine where to go next, look at statues, and talk to a random biker. Pre-run cafe au lait and beignet seemed to sit fine :)
