Pretty fun with full on head wind 4 miles out, then full on tail wind 5 miles back. Felt pretty good physically and mentally - probably because I was watching the mile splits fall down - tailwind provided a lot more assistance than I expected it to! 7:44, 7:23, 7:10, 6:57 (turn around!!) 6:44, 6:44, 6:36, 6:22! 6:34
