Hip a little better, gave an easy run a try - wasn't terrible, I greatly underestimated my route distance - was only planning 7-ish miles - was very ready to be done final mile! Colorado Trail-Shinglemill-Morrison Creek

Colorado Trail and Little Scraggy Peak Trails - some above my skill level, but rode quite a bit. I did have one crash where the bike slid off the trail - no obvious problems immediately - but pretty stiff/bruised/swollen left hip later - grrrr
