Overall a good run. Took is relatively easy the first half, which had a lot of runnable stuff, just a bit of climbing and descending and technical sections. Second half was mostly big (6-7 mile) gravel road climbs or descents, or the 6 mile trecherous 'Trail from Hell', or steep power line style sections, or loose rocky stuff. But a lot of downhill and runnable in the final 10 miles - my watch died for that, but I covered it in ~2.5 hours, not bad at all! Did great with nutrition - estimate 3600 calories, probably could've drank more water, but did OK with mild weather and not overexerting until the end. Inner knees didn't like all the hiking, lower legs and feet ouchy, otherwise expected tired/sore muscles - no acute problems. Felt like I had to poop but couldn't for most of it. Otherwise nearly perfect. Unofficial results - 9th female/26, 47th overall/110 (140-ish starters I think)
