Back bay with SP. pretty nice out. legs were a bit lethargic on the bike and in the pool. Should have had a better recovery from the weekend riding instead of driving for 4 hrs after a big ride.

5k on the track after swimming and biking. felt ok. took 1.5 mi to start feeling efficient.
