Hab mir bei den gestrigen tiefen Temparaturen (-10 Grad) einen kleinen Infekt an der Lunge geholt, deshalb verzichte ich heute auf ein Lauftraining.

Instead I'm watching some series "Stromberg". It shows how (big) offices work ;)

The next week I'm gonna try to reach a 100k running week. Wich would be a new personal best (My actual PB is ~80k).

the plan to reach that:
MO: 20k
DI: 14k
MI: 20k
DO: 12k
FR: 20k
SA: 12k or a rest day
SO: 14k or more

I'm gonna do all runs with an easy steady pace about 5 min/k. Because of a better recovering.

I slept bad because I was a little bit nervous about the English exam ;-) Therefore i kept it shorter than I had planed, instead I did a faster run.

Anyway I passed the test with 84% correct answers. I start in January with the next level for two months. After that level I should be able to get the First Certificate.

I felt tired from the beginning til the end. I had heavy legs too. Therefore I took it easy and kept it short.

Big Othmarsinger Loop (Staufen,Wildegg)

I felt very very very good. Especially two days after the race. It went from alone (?). Therefore I decided during the training to do a long run.
