1. Nationaler, Tomila, H45, 11/49

Bis Posten 6 bei der Spitze. Danach musste ich abreissen lassen. Auf den Wegen konnte ich mit der Spitze gut mithalten, sobald es aufwärts oder quer ging hatte ich Mühe (Ich wurde von Po 6 zu Po 8, 6 Ränge! durchgereicht). Ich war mit Ausnahme zum ersten Posten immer auf der Karte.

Sihltaler Nacht OL, Landforst, Course B

Took it as a training. Therefore intensity 3 only (With one exception to the last control, this was intensity 6 ;-)). The goal was to do a good map reading. but i can't read the map clearly in the night. may be i should have a glass? may be the new lamp will help wich should arrive in the next few days from hong kong.

Distance and climb is estimated.
