Note
(rest day)

An unintentional rest day, messing around with the computer on and off most of the day. I'll try to get to the park tomorrow, even though it'll be the colder of the two days this weekend.

Friday Nov 17, 2006 #

Running (treadmill) 20:00 [3] 2.17 mi (9:13 / mi)
ahr:146 weight:210lbs shoes: Nike AirMax Tailwind

Walking (treadmill) warm up/down 10:00 [1] 0.58 mi (17:15 / mi)
shoes: Nike AirMax Tailwind

Note

The monitor reported an HRmax of 203, which is absolutely erroneous. It must have gotten a bad signal sometime during the half-hour.

Wednesday Nov 15, 2006 #

Running (treadmill) 20:00 [3] 2.17 mi (9:13 / mi)
ahr:146 max:170 weight:208lbs shoes: Nike AirMax Tailwind

Walking (treadmill) warm up/down 10:00 [1] 0.58 mi (17:15 / mi)
shoes: Nike AirMax Tailwind

Note

Chest and stomach felt a little tight/crampy this morning. Just a little uncomfortable.

If I had to decide today, I'm leaning toward NOT attending the OLOU event on Sunday, and instead doing two consecutive park runs here in town (Sat+Sun). That's not my final answer, but that's the way I'm leaning if the weather prediction for Sunday doesn't get any warmer. Plus, I'd like to get stuff done at home, and I'd rather not be out of state for that long on Sunday.

Sunday Nov 12, 2006 #

Running (treadmill) 20:00 [3] 2.17 mi (9:13 / mi)
ahr:150 max:173 weight:205lbs shoes: Nike AirMax Tailwind

Walking (treadmill) warm up/down 10:00 [1] 0.58 mi (17:15 / mi)

Note

Here's the payoff for not killing myself yesterday at Ransburg. I felt good enough for a recovery run on the 'mill.

My right calf felt a bit tight/fatigued. Everything else OK.
