Cruisey pace to start...knee couldn't sustain it.

No strength in knee, and achy.

Perfect day though.

Running (With map) 40:36 [3] 9.08 km (4:28 / km) +57m 4:20 / km

Railpath/Roncey/High Park loop...but north to Glenlake and home.

Ran with an old Mono Cliffs map. Looked at it maybe 15-20% of the time.

Need to train my eyes to map read at pace again. Really terrible at it. I frequently get lazy and disregard the map altogether. That's not orienteering...that's running around and getting lost.

Did some nice visualization of the terrain though.

Physically, felt pretty piss poor. Stretching and icing is going to feel great.

Edit: I have never really been able to map read at pace.
