Railpath - Sorauren - Dowling - Lakeshore - Ontario Place - Lakeshore - Parkside - High Park Blvd - Sorauren - Railpath.
Subtracted a minute or so taking some snaps of Ontario Place.
New favourite sprint terrain in Toronto.
Oddly, for the most part the old theme park from the 80's is still accessible.
Including the 'Wilderness Adventure' ride:
A trail near the ride:
Cropped panorama that didn't work out:
BMO Field on the left.
For those who are familiar with the place:
The numerous outdoor and indoor bridges linking the Cinesphere and other bulb-like structures are still accessible. Molson Amphitheatre and Echo Beach common areas are adjacent and accessible. A new park to the east links the waterfront trail, and has some rock outcropping (man-made), and other interesting little areas. There are 2 bridges to cross Lakeshore Blvd to access the Exhibition Grounds and the area surrounding BMO Field.
And, to the north of that...
There is bridge access over the Gardiner Expressway at the old Dufferin Gates, along with an underground walkway under the swath of railway tracks from the Exhibition GO Station leading into Liberty Village.
With all of that said, the area from Dufferin to Strachan, King Street to Lake Ontario is all pedestrian friendly and can host a sprint tournament - maybe 2.
There are 4-6 1:4000 sprint maps in there - maybe more.
A quick OSM to OCAD conversion of the area described above - east to Bathurst though:
