The meat was 4 faster km's, with a little more intense recovery. (maybe 50km pace?)

T-shirt and tights.

Stopped watch for a spell during the recovery just before the 4 km mark to deal with a messy path under the Gardiner near the mouth of the Humber.

Mapping 2:30:00 [0]

At Rockwood. Perfect day. Still tonnes of snow.

I'll probably end up spending too much time on the map. Mapping definitely takes me longer than most.

Feel good about it though. Definitely adding value by capturing ice storm damage.

Sunday Feb 11 #

9 AM

Running 54:30 [3] 12.13 km (4:29 / km) +32m 4:26 / km
ahr:163 max:180

Another icy sidewalk run before Annie's gymnastics.

Finally tried out a pair of NB trailrunners I bought about a year ago. Not a fan. Clunky. Might just need to be worked in.

Did a West Queen West, CAMH, Trinity-Bellwoods thing early on. Wonder if CAMH would allow a bit of sprint orienteering on their grounds? Bellwoods alone may not be big enough...but a bit of a course around CAMH changes things.

Didn't feel too hot.
