Note
(sick)

Coming off a weird 2 day bug - heavy on heartburn, nausea, and pain throughout. Never had heartburn - so odd. Slugging ryes was a grind.

Taking it easy today instead of getting after it - catching up on my books, giving CRA a bunch of money, taking Hanky (who busted his lip and chipped his tooth faceplanting off a tricycle on the weekend) to gymnastics, and making lentil soup for my neighbours' with a newborn.

Love my Wednesday's off.

Running 1:25:18 [2] 18.0 km (4:44 / km) +76m 4:38 / km

Another Raid The Six exploration - with Old Boy. Time/distance off his Strava feed.

Tired legs today. Trotted along.

Found a nice link from Ramsden Park down to Rosedale Valley Road. Couldn't get into Branksome Hall property from below - will attack from above next time.

I've said it before...weekend mornings in the core are empty. Easy peasy to get around for any kind of nav race. Eaton Centre was empty and accessible. Great multi level potential.

Running 1:49:32 [2] 23.46 km (4:40 / km) +180m 4:30 / km

Some explorations. Found some new links to green space around Summerhill/Rosedale...eventually getting to Riverdale Farm.

After that:

Lower Don to Corktown - Distillery - Esplanade - Front - Spadina - King - Sudbury - Gladstone - Dundas - Sterling - Nonna's.

Did a proper cool down for once.
