8:20 pace first 2hrs gradual uphill for 7 miles, then down.
7:10 pace last 30min on flat road.

Course trails in Cayuga. A lot of stairs in one section, but not super technical. Rocks and roots but mostly nice trails. Some steep climbs for sure.

30 min - 8:34 with 4% incline

Both seemed about the same effort, the incline slightly harder.

Super Easy recovery run, mostly flat. Legs felt heavy but could have also been the 83 degree temps I need to acclimate to.
