| Ran with Patrick K to from cooper to half way across manhattan bridge.
Pushed (figuritively and literally) Patrick K back to cooper run was more to see what Patrick could do than anything else, still entertaining never running across a bridge with someone new when its that cold out in underarmor and tights: freezing cold out there | ||

| Nice Long run in central park. Stayed mostly to the 6 mile loop, broke off near the resevoir and used the road to the tavern on the green. Finished off with some strides. Still getting used to the new running tights, right knee was in a *bit* of discomfort, nothing too bad.
followed it up with 3 X 15 + 1 X 25 crunches on an incline bench at max incline, greater than 45 degrees for shoulders: 1 X 15 at 12 lb 1 X 12 at 15 lb 1 X 12 at 20 lb 2 X 8 at 25 lb for chest: 1 X 12 at 25 2 X 10 at 30 | ||
