E run 22:00 [3] 3.0 mi (7:20 / mi) +50m 6:58 / mi

Just a nice easy run from cooper, through chinatown down to canal street, and half way across the Manhattan bridge (where i did most of my climbing). I had to stop twice for traffic and once more when crowding became an issue. Legs felt pretty good on this run.
