Orienteering 55:00 [3] 5.9 km (9:19 / km) +70m 8:48 / km
shoes: 2013 VJ Supra
Blue course at Spring Cottage.
GPS distance: 7.6km
Not the greatest of areas but close to home and got me out the door. Forest is generally grotty so more of a run (plod) round the paths type course; didn't fancy another 3k on the Brown / am not fit enough for it at the moment.
Fairly uneventful run, save some brambles blocking exit from 3 / not seeing a ride on the map, and trying to go from 13 straight to 15. So a bit rusty, but always next week to try again...
