Sunday Mar 12

Skate Skiing 1:20:00 [3]
At Stake. Had really only about 20min of energy in me- didn't realize this until I was out there. Anyway, this was way more effort than it should have been. Yesterday was still in my legs for sure.
Running 50:00 [2]
Wanted to make a "brick" out of today, but after the skate ski I was feeling a little disappointed. Ate four of Heather's chocolate chip cookies on the way back into town and stopped off at Kenna Cartwright for a run.

Saturday Mar 11

Snowshoe 4:30:00 [2]
Backcountry snowboarding which really is about 95% up and 5% down; thus, it's labelled as snowshoeing (which we used). Brilliant day at Todd Mountain! Was wrecked at the end of the day.
Note
slept:5.0
Physio at 7am (after beer and poker). I did shower first. Anyway, seems to be a pelvic bone alignment issue with my lower back. Trauma or "wear and tear". Was given an exercise to work on. Hope this works.

Friday Mar 10

Note
Poker night...sleep deprivation training (-$30).

Thursday Mar 9

Snowboarding 1:00:00 [1]
(injured)
Epic day except for sore lower back - enough so that I even skipped hock-ay. Don't let the government know or I may lose my citizenship (be exported to a watery beer nation or such).

Wednesday Mar 8

Strength (Workout #5) 45:00 [2]
With Brent. Stretching mixed in as well.
Running hills (Kenna Cartwright) 1:40:00 [3]
At about 1:20 I came out about 1/2 way up Mt. Dufferin and had a choice to make - run back to the car or climb to the top. In times like this, I ask myself "What would Chuck Norris do?" (other than roundhouse kick the hill flat). Anyway, so I ran to the top...
Note
Poker night - working on sleep deprivation training...

Tuesday Mar 7

Strength (Workout #4) 45:00 [2]

Monday Mar 6

Snowshoe 2:00:00 [1]
Helping a friend lay out a cutblock - call it two hours.
