Back was sore. Legs sore from hockey. Liver might have been sore as well. Not so bad run though. Two mistakes and one was due to improper control descriptions (was at top of cliff vs. being shown at toe of cliff).

Pioneer Park up South Thompson and back. Includes recovery time between intervals.

3 sets of 5x50 fast strokes + 50 technical slow, 5 minutes recovery between each set.

Note

2nd visit to chiro (last one) to get back worked on. Still sore and have my stretches and exercises to work on.

Off to hockey tournament this weekend where I'm looking forward to all the shoves to the lower back I'll be getting. For most of us, this is our last chance to make the "Show":-).

"Tweaked" lower back doing squats. Not twisted, but compressed. That was the end of that.

Was tentative after hurting back but I desperately need to get time in the saddle. Two I's and it was not bad. Trails are in excellent condition.

Did I mention my back was sore! Sweet baby bejesus...Commuted down to the Fraser's for a BBQ. Problem is I missed most of it while on the CARA conference call.

Just whining until Naproxen "the ticket" and single malt scotch begin to relieve my pain as I type this while flat on the couch.
