6x 0.5 miles first one was 3:17 which is my fastest time but on average I was about 3:25. Natalie was quite far ahead but was gaining slightly nearer the end and me and James were head to head

3x 100m sprints trying to improve our technique

Relays in teams of 3, 3x a course of about 1.2 km my team won yaaay

Running warm up/down (Broughton runners) 25:00 [3]

Long jog then lots of drills to warm up then a jog to warm down afterwards

3x 6minutes at 60% with 2x 30 second sprints in the middle and then a 3minutes with 2x 10 second sprints in the middle

And to finish off the night we did a relay, my team won! Woo

Just a quick short run after school for a bit of extra training

Lots of different stretches, core exercises and balancing work

Orienteering warm up/down (NWJS) 15:00 [2]

I lead the 'wee warm up' for the girls a jog followed by a wee then drills and then a slow jog to warm down afterwards

4 different exercises focusing on compass work and long leg route choices

Then to finish off the weekend we did a relay, 2 2km loops, me n hanlad finished top of the girls on our course!
