2x 1 miles with a jog recovery in between. Felt pretty strong even though sarah was a way in front of me

Pretty fast running but very scrappy as all the terrain for the same and difficult to tell what was what

20 minute jog and some drills to warm up them an intense hill session, started at the bottom, up the hill for 30 seconds then back down for 15, until you reached the top

Running (Lingmoor) 1:00:55 [4] 3.0 mi (20:18 / mi)

So it didn't take my an hour to get up and down lingmoor but I made a slight detour on the way back that lead me to an almost vertical valley of rocks do after climbing down about 50m I jogged back along the road, never taking that route again
