Felt good after to orange course. Tried the green one. Legs were rubbery by the finish. Much fun. Want to try red on fresh legs next time.

Newport bluff trails. Equal parts snow, ice, and mud. Good practice for Saturday's O meet? Legs still sore from Tuesday's run. That's why I try to avoid pavement.

Zumbro again. Almost gave up crossing the runoff stream blocking the trails but found a down tree across so I gave it a try. My intent was to explore more of the 100 course than I saw on Friday but when I got past the site of the first aid station I found the river was over the trails. Oh well.
