Australian Athletics Championships, Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre. Day 7/7. 7am-4.15pm. 400Hs (F8i), 800s (pos 14), hurdles (H8i & H3o), 200s (pos 16). 1500 (LB), 800 (LB), 400Hs (F1i), steeple (ALB), 4x100s (chg 1), 4x400s (CI). One report in the men's wheelchair 200. Two other umpires reported the same athlete for rolling inside his lane (WPA 18.5). Knee a bit better again. 18-28°C.

Bethany got a late call up to run the 3rd leg of the 4x400m relay when Jess Thornton withdrew after today's 200m final. The team placed second, so she now has a national silver medal. Interesting fact: 3 members of the team graduated from the same little athletics club - Bethany and the Guthrie twins!
