totallly dummied legss today. there was no way in hell i was going to hit chest when all the other clowns are chesting mondays.. switched it up and hit legs instead.. wicked pump. usual 200 rep leg press. added two extra plates. stepping it up. canceled hack squats and replaced it with real deal ass to the grass barbell squats.. would like to get up to 6 plates for working set by nxt month. hit a one two piece of core which i usually dont do with big muscle groups but wth.. u only live once.... could have done some more quad.. didnt fall down stairs leaving.. usually a good gauge on how well i train... next time.
