| Setting up Mt Doug MOMAR 101 course. Started at 2240hrs. A light drizzle kept the legal and underage drinkers off the mountain and I didn't see anyone else up there. On Friday nights, I usually run into a gaggle of drunk teens stumbling through the woods, trying to find their way back to the car etc. I can hear them before they can see me and I'll turn off my headlamp and listen to their banter. | ||

| Ugh. I hate the ERG. I'm trying to rest my Achilles tendon and I couldn't bike into work today so I thought I'd use the ERG for some cardio.
I could only handle 30 minutes before positive posterior peroneal pain purely permeated parts unmentionable. Hmmmm, my alliteration attempt ran out of P's. | ||
