Left Achilles still sore :-( and I have to set my MOMAR 101 course tonight - that will likely stress the tendon but.....on the other hand, I won five sessions of shockwave therapy so I think I know what I'm going to do....stay tuned!

Setting up Mt Doug MOMAR 101 course. Started at 2240hrs. A light drizzle kept the legal and underage drinkers off the mountain and I didn't see anyone else up there. On Friday nights, I usually run into a gaggle of drunk teens stumbling through the woods, trying to find their way back to the car etc. I can hear them before they can see me and I'll turn off my headlamp and listen to their banter.

Ugh. I hate the ERG. I'm trying to rest my Achilles tendon and I couldn't bike into work today so I thought I'd use the ERG for some cardio.

I could only handle 30 minutes before positive posterior peroneal pain purely permeated parts unmentionable. Hmmmm, my alliteration attempt ran out of P's.

Made it 3/4 home, then flatted. Had some time constraints and couldn't change my flat cuz I forgot my tire irons (*&%$#!) and couldn't run the rest of the way home cuz of my Achilles tendon, so I walked. Such a sad sight :-)

Rest day - I did plan to spin, but took my son to see Blades of Glory instead. Now I want to be a pairs figure skater and compete mano et mano.

I'm going to hold tryouts and invite Urthbuoy and FB as top contenders.
