Running hills (Repeats) 25:00 [4] 6.0 km (4:10 / km) +200m 3:34 / km
Tried to find a good hill near uni. Took about 1min to run up (maybe ~25m climb) so did this 9 times using only the descents at normal pace as rest. Have now found some other good hilly locations down near coogee with ~45m climb and possibly steeper that I hope to use next week. Also already planned my next long run for a region that looks fairly hilly that I didn't know about.
