Running 40:00 [5] 9.8 km (4:05 / km)

Warm up to centennial park. Fartlek intervals sessions for 20 minutes round offroad track. Warm down home.

Running hills (Repeats) 25:00 [4] 6.0 km (4:10 / km) +200m 3:34 / km

Tried to find a good hill near uni. Took about 1min to run up (maybe ~25m climb) so did this 9 times using only the descents at normal pace as rest. Have now found some other good hilly locations down near coogee with ~45m climb and possibly steeper that I hope to use next week. Also already planned my next long run for a region that looks fairly hilly that I didn't know about.

Run around centennial park off the tracks trying to get as much climb as possible. Still don't think I was even able to get more than 150m though. Looking into new possible routes for hills.
