Most of my rehab is agility style workouts including ladder running. This isn't a highly intense workout, however I do feel it is worthy a note.

Long run with primary purpose of irritating ankle for doctors appointment tomorrow as doctor wanted and secondary was cardio fitness. Was completed with CDT Amy Hill, Co I2. After the 4 mile run was completed, we did sprint workouts in Arvin.
