one of the hardest trainings i have done for a long time. we have a new coach this season so hopefully he can get us fit enough to actually do well. started out with twelve laps of the hockey pitch just jogging then 4 laps of intervals. one side 25% the long 50% the third side 75% the the other long side 100%. i was dead by the end. we then did some stick work before doing some core strength work (push ups and bridges). i slept very well that night
