cyclones sprint series race 1 at St Peters College. Unfortunately the courses had to have controls skipped on the day since cyclone damage made some areas inaccessible. Didn't run particularly well, and still not totally happy with my sprint orienteering of late - keep making small errors and not as smooth as usual. next 3 races will be great practise though.

this includes warm up / warm down and a short jog/run I did after the race. felt better running after the race than during actually.

Did some O intervals at Kelvin Grove with Aaron. Worked pretty hard since I haven't really done much since NZ. Plus Kelvin Grove is a pretty steep sprint map. Good session though. Did 3 short sprint courses of about 2-2.5km

Easy run with Kirsty around the suburb.

Easy swim since the sun came out after the cyclone. :) Still taking it fairly easy atm after New Zealand.
