Went for a run at Springfield Lakes today on my usual around the lake and through the bush track. Kept it short cause i felt like i didnt have the energy to do something long like my last run. Tummy didnt feel right either so i was a bit sluggish trying to stop it hurting and not too impressed with my 6:13/km pace but i guess its something to improve on. On a happier note i found my ring that i lost the last time a went running... but its a bit mangled :/ Tomorrow im planning to get up a bit early and do some strength/core work before going to the Chiropractor.. I really need to start doing a bit more than 1-2 workouts/week.
