"Time trail" of sorts in the middle of the long walk after Riley decided he wanted to go home and I had to catch up to April and Blake. Felt strange because I was obviously going faster than usually but i felt like i was on automatic and my legs could not go any faster or slower.

Went for a walk with April and Blake after work today and ran a little bit on the way home.

5 jack knife sit ups (cant do these either!)

Very calming and felt good to stretch out.. I wasn't even planning to do the strength component this morning cause I was being a whimp about how sore I was from yesterday but then I saw som Pinterest motivation and thought what the hell! Good old Pinterest ;)

Dancing around the house for 5 minutes just to get the heart pumping and body warm... felt like an idiot but it was kinda fun :)

Strength/Core 30:00 [4]

1min of Squats
50 secs of Push ups (on knees, was aiming for 1 min but didnt quite get there)
1min of lunges
1min of tricep dips
2 mins of cardio (6 mountain climbers)
45 secs of lateral (jump) squats (was aiming for 1 min again)

*5mins rest*

100 jumping jacks
25 vertical leg crunches
30 crunches (these were hard!)
20 squats
20 wall push ups
15 seconds side planks (each arm)
10 lunge split jumps
40 high knees

(had about 30seconds rest between each exercise)

Went for a run at Springfield Lakes today on my usual around the lake and through the bush track. Kept it short cause i felt like i didnt have the energy to do something long like my last run. Tummy didnt feel right either so i was a bit sluggish trying to stop it hurting and not too impressed with my 6:13/km pace but i guess its something to improve on. On a happier note i found my ring that i lost the last time a went running... but its a bit mangled :/ Tomorrow im planning to get up a bit early and do some strength/core work before going to the Chiropractor.. I really need to start doing a bit more than 1-2 workouts/week.
