walked from work to pick up that piece of shite 'SAAB story' at the repair shop with Mya on my back.
Realized 2 things 1) my shoulders are really weak and PQ is really going to hurt unless I start training with weight on my back and 2) Mya is getting really heavy (I hope)

bridal path up cardiac bypass hill, up severed dick to top of corkscrew, down to powerline, over to old buck to bridal path, back up cardiac bypass hill and home
not sure its possible, but the dog looked a bit tired
