Ride to 3 Floyds! I had my mtb, adjusted the derailleur before starting (very helpful since I needed the highest gear ratio much of the way and then we were off after waiting a bit for the crew. There was a wide variety of cyclists and speeds, and I was mostly near the front, and there were some hurry-up-and-waits but you expect that with this sort of group ride. Pretty low HR much of the way, L1 for sure. A couple of times I sprinted ahead just to give my legs a rest of spinning. In to the wind, too.
