Behind on sleep all week, I slept through my alarm and woke up at 6:15, enough time to get to NP (so I didn't get a we missed you return from Drew) and still got some hills in. And some burpies.

Burpies, at the tops of the hills, which we were running ladders on. I was tired enough from this week that I almost just lay down and went to sleep on the burpies. Then I went to meetings, class and finished my third pset of the week.
