400 workout. This went surprisingly well given that I've done two hard climbing days the past two days. Different muscles I guess.

First 400 was 88, which was basically a warmup.

Just felt good, although almost puked during the fast one and realized I wasn't going to continue to negative split, but was happy to keep the rest under 80. Might have to head over to the track more.
