Run 1:15:31 [1] 8.4 mi (8:59 / mi) +228m 8:17 / mi

Ran to the berry farm alone, decently fast for having a bit of a cold. Back slower with my sister and gf. Boo cold.

Run 50:08 [2] 6.0 mi (8:21 / mi) +201m 7:34 / mi

Day starts warm and muggy. Then it gets a little stormy, rain, and then to the grocery store in the storm. Then back and IT'S SO NICE AND COOL! Time for a run. Off to scout whether they've repaved the missing link in a 20 mile rollerski loop (maybe?) and back for dinner. Mmm hills.

Bicycle 1:27:12 [1] 20.7 mi (4:13 / mi) +130m 4:08 / mi

What to do when it's 95 and breezy? Not run. Not rollerski. RIde bikes! 20 miles and I drained a liter of water at 15. Yay Cambridge for having a bubbler in the Rindge field. I asked a runner there how bad it was; he looked miserable. It was hot/ugly out. One more day!

Run 44:29 [2] 5.3 mi (8:24 / mi)

Nailed the coolest part of the day—upper 70s—for a still hot run along the Charles. Ugh, two more days of this. Finished and had a cold shower and a shower beer, because it is good. Drip drip drip.

Trail Run 52:07 [1] 2.6 mi (20:03 / mi)

Running down. Slowly, then faster. Rocks.
11 AM

Trail Run 26:41 [3] 1.5 mi (17:47 / mi) +381m 9:57 / mi

Ran to the summit to see Brian. Pretty fast, felt pretty good.
12 PM

Trail Run 41:10 [2] 2.5 mi (16:28 / mi) +40m 15:41 / mi

Running on rocks. Felt pretty good for running on rocks, usually not my forte.

Trail Run hills 59:56 [3] 2.6 mi (23:03 / mi) +893m 11:09 / mi

The Ammy is hard. Carrying weight up the Ammy when it's hot is also hard. But rewarding. I think AP doesn't quite calc speeds right for very steep hills (30% grades) as I felt like I was running 5:30s the whole way up.
