Day starts warm and muggy. Then it gets a little stormy, rain, and then to the grocery store in the storm. Then back and IT'S SO NICE AND COOL! Time for a run. Off to scout whether they've repaved the missing link in a 20 mile rollerski loop (maybe?) and back for dinner. Mmm hills.

What to do when it's 95 and breezy? Not run. Not rollerski. RIde bikes! 20 miles and I drained a liter of water at 15. Yay Cambridge for having a bubbler in the Rindge field. I asked a runner there how bad it was; he looked miserable. It was hot/ugly out. One more day!
Nailed the coolest part of the day—upper 70s—for a still hot run along the Charles. Ugh, two more days of this. Finished and had a cold shower and a shower beer, because it is good. Drip drip drip.

The Ammy is hard. Carrying weight up the Ammy when it's hot is also hard. But rewarding. I think AP doesn't quite calc speeds right for very steep hills (30% grades) as I felt like I was running 5:30s the whole way up.
