Another day of "yoga for runners" with my sister. Hopefully helps the tight legs. I need to stretch more.

First time on rollerskis this year! Went out to bike trail to shake out the legs. Late enough that there wasn't too much traffic. I was going to maybe go for an hour but a slight tail wind meant that I double poled all the way to Bedford. Saw Cary coming back from a 120 mile ride, and gave a wave. Then I was tailed by a guy on rollerblades who asked about rollerskis (he skis Tuesdays at Weston). I skated a bit, but my knee didn't feel great, so it was back to mostly double poling. Got 30k in anyway.

Rollerski warm up/down 6:00 [1] 0.8 mi (7:30 / mi)

Rollerski to and from the T. I'm trying to think if there's a good route out to the bike path; I'm not sure that there is.

Over to November Project to test out the knee. It felt okay at first but after a couple of trips up and down the hill, it was getting worse. Okay, so some stretching.

100 pulls on the rollerboard. I guess there is a distance traveled and climb on that!

Knee feeling a lot better, did some standing desk stretching at work today. Yay standing desk!
